I am on 2 crutches. I had around 7 products in my shopping cart heading to checkout. I stopped and looked at some chairs. A saleswoman by the name of Acacia asked if she could help me. I needed a chair measurement so she got a tape measure, and measured several chairs for me. I picked one, she got the box and took the box and my cart to the checkout. After checking out, Acacia took everything I bought to my car and loaded it for me. Very helpful and happy. I give Acacia an A+ or a 5 out of 5. Staples... you have an excellent employee!

We purchased an office chair for a relative and as I was assembling it, noticed that we had been given two right arms. I called the store and they gave me two options: call the manufacturer and have them ship the correct part of bring the chair back to be marked as damaged- since our time in town was brief, I decided to bring the chair back. The manager exchanged the partially assembled chair for a new one, opened the box to make sure it had the correct right AND left arms, helped me load the new chair and told me that if I had any additional problems, the store would be open until 8! Great customer service!

The customer service is outstanding. Always greeted when entering the store. Associates ask if help is needed to locate an item.If item purchased needs to be delivered, it usually arrives the next day,

The associates ant staple leann and Stephanie are so very awesome . This was a very large purchuse and they made it so stress free . I feel I have all the product protection and tech help I will need . The store associates all go beyond and above to help the customers . Good prices for the products they care .

Staples is open 7 days a week and longer than regular business hours so those of us that work nontraditional hours can actually get in there to get things done. Recently, I had forgotten to print off speaker documents for a conference. It was after 3pm on Friday, Staples was open until 7pm. Off I ran and successfully got it done with their self-help printer and the manager on duty who had helped me last year with a complicated program. She had recognized me and was keeping an eye on me to make sure I wasn't having any issues. Love me my Staples! Relieved Casper had one.

I was looking into computer upgrades for an older computer, and Jacob, a very knowledgeable professional, had many options to offer me. Jacob's expert analysis of my computer was greatly appreciated, and his friendly, professional attitude made talking about computers both knowledgeable and pleasant. I recommend the Staples IT department and Jacob for any computer upgrades or new computer purchases.

Keri in the printing department was a huge help. When I accidentally printed 250 blank copies she made sure to step in and do me right. About $200 in prints for half of what I needed and nothing on the paper they helped me out huge with giving me the rest for free and printing what I needed. It was done in a timely manner and I’m very greatly for their support.

I love Staples in Casper. They are always so helpful and friendly when I come in. If I am not able to find what I am looking for they are willing to help find it to order it. Great and friendly place.
